Camping at Lake Pillsbury Resort

March 10, 2017 by LPR No Comment

We are getting ready for the upcoming summer season, and envision a nice full lake based on all the rain and snow we have had this winter. The roads in to Lake Pillsbury have taken it tough, but the county road crews are working hard, and we hope for smooth sailing as we get closer to season.

Calls and emails are coming in for camping reservations, so if you are looking for a full week stay Sat-Sat, call soon. Lake front camps book first and fast (NEW: for extended weekend reservations with large groups, see below). If you are looking to book a Friday/Saturday night from mid-June through late-August, we are sorry but we don’t take weekend reservations until about two weeks from the arrival date. If we can’t fit you in here at Lake Pillsbury Resort, there are other campgrounds available at the north end of the lake managed by PG&E; they are first come, first served.

This summer we are going to shift things around a bit with a new structure in our Loafers Point area (camps #21-#30). We are accepting group reservations now for check-ins mid week with the full weekend included in your stay. The only camp that is not in this mix is camp #27F as it is reserved weekly almost all summer and a year in advance.

Right now, you can reserve as a group for a 5-night stay for 5 camps or more, checking in mid-week and ending after the weekend. Groups/families that want 5 camps for 3 nights, or 4 camps for 4 nights, or any other volume request, we will take your info now for this coming summer. Send details of your group and count, or by families that want their own camp, to info@lakepillsburyresort.com. Include your 1st and 2nd choice date range, along with your phone number, and we will see if we can make the pieces of the puzzle fit for everyone.
